The conference will be taking place on April 20th, 2026 in Blount Hall, located in the David and Joan Tratiel Building on the Stanford University Historic Campus, .

Yes, there will be shuttle provided to transport guests between Stanford Park Hotel, Hoover and Flemings restaurant. The timing is as follows:

• 8:15am - Depart hotel to Hoover
• 4:30pm - Depart Hoover to hotel
• 5:50pm - Depart hotel to Flemings
• 8:45pm - Depart Flemings to hotel

The post-conference dinner will be held at Flemings, located in Palo Alto.

• Memorial Lot (Zone 7213)
• Littlefield Lot (Zone 7282)

When ordering your rideshare, please direct them to drop off/pick up at the Stanford Oval. This is the closest drop off location to the David and Joan Traitel Building.

Visitors to Stanford University have access to the "Stanford Visitor" Wi-Fi network.

How to get online:

Select the SSID Stanford Visitor from your device's list of available wireless networks.

1. Open a browser and load any URL;
2. you will be redirected to an access page (on a mobile phone, the access page should open 
   automatically).
3. Click Accept to acknowledge the terms of use.
4. Your browser will be sent to a confirmation page, and from there you can get online.

You may fly in to San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC). Both airports are approximately 30-50 minutes from campus depending upon traffic. Rideshare and taxi services are available at both airports.
