We are excited to have you join us at the Annual Hoover Monetary Policy Conference on May 9, 2025. This event will be held at the Hoover Institution in the Hauck Auditorium at 435 Lasuen Mall, Stanford, CA 94305.

Parking Information
Registering a vehicle for a reserved parking space for the Monetary Policy Conference on May 9, 2025 - ROTH WAY
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Click on this link:

Click “Purchase Event Permit”
Please select an event type: “Reserved Parking Spaces”
Please select an event: “Hoover Institution: Monetary Policy Conference"
Voucher Code: CONF25 (then click “apply voucher”)
Once you apply voucher, above the line that says “Voucher Code:” click on “Event Reserved Space”
Put in the date of May 9, 2025 and click “confirm”
Where it says “Please select any vehicles for this permit” click “Add Vehicle”
Enter in the License Plate #, State, Make, and Color of the vehicle and click “Add” and then click “Confirm”
Click “Continue” after the terms and conditions
Pay for your event permit (it will be zero) and add your contact information for a confirmation email.
Please note:
- Parking registration will become available on Monday, April 28, 2025
- On the day of the event, posted signs will read: Reserved: Hoover Institution’s Monetary Policy Conference
Shuttle Information for Hotel Guests
Shuttles will be available from 7:15 AM to 11:15 AM for drop-off at Hoover. Please meet the shuttle at the front entrance of your hotel.

The shuttle will stop first at the Sheraton Palo Alto, then at the Stanford Park Hotel (SPH) before proceeding to Hoover.
After the event concludes, shuttles will be available from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM for return drop-off to the hotels.

Shuttles will operate on a continuous loop between the Bus Turnaround and the hotels during the scheduled time only.
If arriving by taxi/Uber/Lyft:
Use the address 434 Galvez Mall, Stanford, CA 94305. This will bring you to the Hoover loading dock on Crothers Road, which is the closest drop-off point to the David and Joan Traitel Building. Please note: parking is not permitted at the loading dock. If you plan to park, refer to the separate parking instructions.
