After decades of stagnation, India is rapidly advancing economically, technologically, and militarily. Yet India is confronting a range of challenges as it progresses. In dealing with these challenges, will India continue to deepen its integration with the United States and the West? Or will it chart another course? The purpose of this research group is to identify what kind of partner India is likely to become.
