Justice, Rule of Law, and the Constitutional Order
Team Description
In partnership with the Constitutional Law Center and Neukom Center for the Rule of Law at Stanford Law School, this team will focus on needed reforms to strengthen the rule of law and constitutional order, including issues of executive power, the administration of justice, public corruption and accountability, and civil disorder.
